Question for Montessori assistants/teachers in UK...?
Question: I am trying desperately to get a rough estimate of the pay range for working in a Montessori nursery in the UK (both qualified and unqualified rates) - I've noticed that very few emloyers put the salary range on their adverts when recruiting. I know this can be difficult to judge as there's no national pay scale, so I was hoping that some of you out there who are already doing the job would have an answer for me?
