Graduation for preschoolers?
Question: I was wondering if you bring your child flowers when they graduate at that age?
Answers: Parents didn't bring flowers for their children at any preschool grads. we held. I'd suggest doing something fun and special with your child instead - something he/she really enjoys! Go swimming for the day at a local water park. Head to Chuck E. Cheese. Let your child make the suggestion.
I think balloons would be better.
No!! They rather have a toy.
i did carnations for preschool and kindergarten. for 5th grade i did roses since she was honor student for all elementary years. balloons are #1 choking hazard, so i'd give them with advice of parent.
TOTALLY, don't listen to these other people. Look i'm a kid (not a pre-schooler but i'm in fourth grade) and flowers will make them feel good. And then after how 'bout
chuck 'E' cheeses.
This is probably corny, but my daughter just finished her 1st year of preschool. My husband brought home a cookie cake (one of those giant cookies with icing) and a mylar baloon. She loved it. As a sidenote, she does like flowers in general, but they don't particularly have a long lifespan around her. She pulls the petals off, wants to hold them, won't keep them in water, tries to feed them to the cat or her baby sister etc. I think we will wait awhile til we give her flowers.
Yes
It is a big deal
Sure....why not! When my daughter graduated preschool, I gave her flowers and a teddy bear with a graduation cap on it.
