A question to High School students: Are you allowed to leave campus for lunch?
Question: Just interested in knowing this, since I'm always seeing kids here in my city running around town when they should be in school. 20 years ago we were never allowed to leave campus for ANYTHING except for medical reasons or a parent signature (I was from Ohio). Also, please tell me city and state, if you want. Thanks!
Answers: At my school ( I am just a lowly freshman) I think only officialy Seniors can go.
But they let the Juniors slide too.
And alot of them have internships and other school related things they are alowed to go to.
Oh and Dallas, Texas (sorry I answered the other one first)
sneaking out for lunch is what highschool is all about. that and not going. but i'm in college and i never did that. :p none-the-less. that's how kids are.

I think it's a bad idea. Kids need a little time to burn off steam. I would be totally against this if they did it in our school district.
