The tips for how study better and in a good guality?
Question: and how to force myself to increase my studing hours?(thank you so much)
Answers: I can't say how to force yourself to study more, I have a problem with that myself. As for studying techniques, though, I usually go through the chapters and highlight, because that forces me to pay more attention and read more actively, plus it makes it easier to go back afterwards and pick out the important parts. I always find flashcards to be helpful for vocabulary and random facts and dates that need to be memorized. Also make sure to study in a place where you're comfortable, but not so comfortable that you fall asleep (ie at a desk with good lighting, not on your bed). Some people do study better at night than in the afternoon or morning, but make sure you don't cram all your studying for the night before, because you won't remember a lot of it that way. If you're going to be studying for a long period of time you should take study breaks so you stay refreshed and alert, but make sure they're short breaks. Hope that helps!
Don't get distracted, and read the entire section you have a test on in the text book. It's weird but it worked for me. Before, for one whole month, I had absolutely no idea what I was learning in class, then the night before the test, I read over the entire section I had a test on, and it just, came to me... No, I'm serious. Try it!
