How to prepare for my 12th examination?(iam in science group)?

First be confident that you can score very good marks in 12th.
Listen the class properly.Read every day's portion in the evening regularly.If you have doubts clear it on next day itself.Finish learning daily portions that day itself.In chemistry spent one hour for learning equations.In physics concentrate in formulas and problems.In maths daily work out some portion.In bio learn the biological terms clearly.Always try to get centum in maths.I hope you will achieve state first if you follow this method.One important thing is have little relaxation in between your subjects.It will give you much more concentration.All the best for your exam.Do well.
