How could i get a perfect score on the Verbal section of the SAT's?
Answers: One of my students received an 800 on the verbal section. Her technique was to read a large variety of books, and to take many practice tests under test conditions. We also did extensive vocabulary review sessions and discussed answers to test questions from the Official Guide to the SAT book. I cannot discuss other techniques as they are proprietary to Yeda Plus. Teaching someone else to do the test helps will also help you as teaching a subjects makes you understand how you understand it.
By the way, what is wrong with a 790, or a 780?
there's no way to guarentee a perfect score, but there are plenty of resources available to improve your chances of doing well.
before the exam (preferably several months before), start practicing. many bookstores sell practice books.
you can use those practice study books which give you a lot of the words that might show up on the test. also, you could go to a dictionary for every word you don't know, and keep track of those words. lastly, just learn a lot about roots and suffixes or learn latin/greek to help you!
